3.5 Calibration
A calibration is performed similarly to the sample analysis described
before in chapter 3.4 using the Alivion Methanol Standard 1 and 2.
A measurement is always evaluated with the most recent saved
•
calibration.
Regular calibration is essential to ensure maximum accuracy.
•
If a new calibration should be performed, the warning
•
is displayed on the home screen (see chapter 3.6 for details).
To perform a calibration, select Calibrate from the main menu followed
by the calibration mode:
1-Point calibration
•
Requires only one measurement but is less precise.
2-Point calibration
•
•
Requires two successive measurements and gives the
maximum measurement accuracy.
NOTICE
Alivion recommends to perform a 2-point calibration in
the beginning of each measurement day to achieve
maximum accuracy.
