Troubleshooting
Ensure you prepare the sample vial with exactly 2 mL of sample
•
liquid.
Perform a new 2-point calibration.
•
Try to clean the sensor (Settings → Resets → Clean sensor).
•
Contamination warning does not go away
Make sure the device is operated in a room with clean air.
•
Ventilate the room. If necessary, remove any potential
•
contamination sources (e.g. open sample liquid, used sample
vials and pipettes).
Remove the O-ring from the device. Clean it and the sample vial
•
inlet with a damp cloth. Dry both and put the sealing O-ring
back in.
Try to clean the sensor (Settings → Resets → Clean sensor). Try
•
using it repeatedly if necessary.
Contact the Alivion technical support if the problem persists.
