1.
Lower and remove the spare tire. Consult your Owner's Manual for detailed procedure
2.
Locate the brake junction bracket along the inside of the driver's side frame rail. Using a 10mm socket, remove the retaining
bolt and free the bracket from the frame rail. The retaining bolt will not be reused during the installation.
3.
Locate the electrical cable mounting locations. Carefully disconnect the cable mounting supports from the driver's side frame
rail.

Identify your vehicles frame rail configuration. If your frame rail has an additional reinforcement bracket as shown in Figure
4, item 10 is not needed for your installation.
2.
Position the inner and outer frame brackets (items 2-7) to the frame rails using the round hole on the frame rail with the
corresponding ring spacer on the outer and front inner brackets (items 2-5) and loosely install the bolts, conical washers,
spacers, and nuts (items 8-12, 15, and 16) as shown in Figure 5. DO NOT tighten at this time.
