The bed fails to

Cause
Caused by moving
parts touching each
other.
The box spring is not
leveled because the
floor is not absolutely
flat.
The reason for this
may be a missing
part, or parts that
have not been
tightened properly or
have become loose
when the bed was
moved.
The bed is not
positioned away from
the wall.
There are unwanted
objects in the bed
that should not be
there (spoons, forks,
pens, etc.).
The child lock is on.
The batteries in the
remote control are
(almost) depleted.
Search
Press one of the
buttons of the remote
control.
The red light blinks.
Solution
Apply Teflon spray.
Do not use oil.
Make sure the floor is
absolutely leveled.
Tighten parts.
Position the bed
away from the wall.
Remove those
objects.
Press the lock button
on the back side of
the remote control.
Now the green light
blinks.
Replace batteries.
