FISH AND SEAFOOD

Whole fish or fish fillets should be eaten the same day they are purchased. Until you are going
to cook them, place them on a plate covered with plastic film or aluminum foil.
•
If you are going to store fish for a long time, you should buy fresh fish. Whole fish should be
washed with cold water to remove loose scales and dirt and then dried with kitchen paper. Store
whole fish or fillets in a sealed plastic bag.
•
Keep seafood refrigerated at all times. They should be consumed within 1 -2 days.
PRECOOKED FOODS AND LEFTOVERS
•
These should be stored in properly covered containers so that thefood does not dry out.
•
Keep them for 1 -2 days maximum.
•
Reheat leftovers only once.
CRISPER DRAWER
•
The vegetable drawer is the ideal storage place for fresh fruits and vegetables.
•
Be careful not to store the following products at temperatures below 7°C for long periods of time:
citrus fruits, melons, melons, eggplants, pineapples, papayas, zucchini, passion fruit,
cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes.
•
Low temperatures may cause undesirable changes in foods, such as softening, color changes
and/or accelerated spoilage.
•
Do not refrigerate avocados (until they are ripe), bananas and mangoes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The appliance must be maintained and cleaned frequently. For your safety, remove the plug from
the socket before cleaning.
To clean the fridge's cavity, please, consider the following notes:
•
Clean it with clean water or a neutral cleaner. Then dry it with a dry cloth.
•
Clean the door seals carefully.
For external maintenance, wipe off the dust with a dry cloth and clean it with a neutral cleaner if
necessary.
The appliance user cannot replace the LED light. If it has been damaged or does not switch on,
please contact the supplier.
Electronic components, such as the on/off button, should be cleaned with a dry cloth.
Cleaning agents such as soap powder, abrasive cleaners, alkaline cleaners, chemical wipes,
thinners, alcohol, petroleum products and hot water should not be used to clean the fridge, as they
may damage the painted cover and plastics.
