N-P Mode
Negative Film
P-P Mode
Positive Film
Automatic Mode
Positive/Negative Film
NOTE
"P-P" and "AUTO" can be selected only when the machine is equipped with a Bi-Mode Unit (option).
If negative film is to be used, press the Print
Mode Select Button as necessary to select N-P.
(In a uni-mode unit, this is not required).
If positive film is to be used, press the Print Mode
Select Button as necessary to select P-P. (Bi-
mode kit required).
If AUTO is selected by pressing the Print Mode
Select Button, the machine automatically
determines the polarity of the film being used. (Bi-
mode kit required).
NOTE
.
If the film being used is crowded with
characters or illustrations, the machine
may fail to automatically determine the
polarity of the film (N-P or P-P). When
these films are being used, it is
recommended to select the mode
manually.
