1 The unit should be kept free from moisture, dirt, dust and exposure to heat and direct
sunlight at all times.
2 Keep hands, hair and clothing away from rollers, scanner and other moving parts.
3 Make sure the covers are closed before turning the machine "ON".
4 Before opening the covers, ensure that the machine is turned "OFF".
5 Be sure that the proper voltage is used and that the machine is well earthed. The use
of electrical extension cords is strongly discouraged.
6 Store paper roll and toner in a place free from exposure to direct sunlight and
excessive heat and damp.
7 Do not attempt to remove any Cover that is secured.
8 For optimum performance, it is recommended to use authorized supplies.
Failure to do so may cause inferior results or damage the unit, in which case
the warranty may be void.
