The safe use of this product requires an understanding of the
information on the product and in this operator's manual as
well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting. Before
use of this product, familiarize yourself with all operating
features and safety rules.
120 V AC RECEPTACLE
Your generator has one single phase, 60 Hz outlet that is a
120 Volt AC, 15 Amp receptacle. It can be used for operat-
ing appropriate appliances, electrical lighting, tools, and
motor loads.
AIR FILTER
The air filter helps to limit the amount of dirt and dust drawn
into the unit during operation.
CARRY HANDLE
The generator is equipped with a carry handle for easy
transport. The handle should be used to carry the generator.
GROUND TERMINAL
The ground terminal is used to assist in properly grounding
the generator to help protect against electrical shock. Con-
sult with a qualified local electrician for grounding require-
ments in your area.

HOSE ADAPTOR
The included hose adaptor allows you to connect a 20 lb.
propane cylinder for a longer running time.
LOW OIL SHUT DOWN PROTECTOR
The low oil sensor causes the engine to stop if the level of
lubricant in the crankcase is insufficient. The engine may
not be restarted until sufficient engine lubricant has been
added to the generator.
OIL CAP/DIPSTICK
Remove the oil fill cap to check and add lubricant to the
generator when necessary.
OVERLOAD RESET BUTTON
A red LED on the outlet panel indicates when the unit is
approaching overload (blinking) or needs to be reset (solid).
To restore power, depress the reset button.
RECOIL STARTER
The recoil starter is used to start the generator's engine.
