TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
In some cases, the washing machine may not operate correctly for a number of reasons. Before calling the after-sales service, we recommend
checking whether the problem can be easily resolved by consulting the following list.
Malfunctions:
The washing machine does not switch
on and/or the programme does not
start
The wash cycle does not start.
The appliance stops during a
programme and the "Start/Pause"
indicator light starts flashing
The appliance vibrates
The final spin has poor results. The
laundry is still very wet. The "Spin"
indicator light flashes or the spin speed
indicator light flashes after the end of
the programme (depending on the
model)
The "

The service life of your appliance is 12 years. During this period, original spare parts will be available to ensure that the appliance works properly.

Possible causes/solution:
•
It is not connected to the power socket or does not make contact properly.
•
There is a power failure.
•
The door is not closely properly.
•
The "Start/Pause"
button was not pressed.
•
The water supply tap is not open.
•
A "Delayed start"
was set.
•
The "Rinse hold" option is activated (if present).
•
The programme has been modified—re-select the desired programme and press "Start/Pause"
•
The washing machine is not level.
•
The transport pallet has not been removed; the transport pallet must be removed before using
the washing machine.
•
The unevenness of the load of laundry during the spin deactivated the spin phase to avoid
damage to the washing machine. This is why the laundry is still very wet. Unevenness may be
due to: small loads of laundry (consisting of just a few large items or very absorbent items, such
as towels) or large/heavy items.
•
Avoid small loads when possible.
•
The "Spin"
button was set to a low spin speed.
•
Switch the machine off, disconnect the power cord and wait approximately 1 minute before
reconnecting.
•
If the problem persists, call the after-sales service.
•
The waste water does not drain.
•
Clean the water filter.
•
The water supply to the appliance is shut off or is insufficient.
•
Drum flaps open.
•
The appliance stops during the programme. The drum flaps did not close correctly. Press the
"Reset"
button for at least 3 seconds and wait for the "Door open"
on. Open the door and close the door flaps, then reselect and restart the desired programme. If
the malfunction persists, call our after-sales service.
