10.2. Checks to carry out before connecting the machine
The essential steps to carry out before connecting the equipment to the electrical current and starting work are
described below:
• Check that the motor support is attached to the rear plate of the equipment and that the knob locks its posi-
tion, as shown in the following image.
• Check that the barrel is fixed to the motor shaft preventing its extraction when pulling it.
• Check that the barrel cover is correctly positioned on the barrel.
• Check that the plastic tray is placed in the lower part of the equipment.
• Check that the blade is in tensioned mode, as shown in the following image.
11. Operating the machine
The MT Dry 500 is a machine designed to trim any variety of dried cannabis flowers or industrial hemp. Master Pro-
ducts does not recommend using this equipment to process recently harvested produce.
11.1. Product conditions
The MT Dry 500 has been designed to work with all types of dried flowers with a moisture content of approximately
8% to 10%. Flowers with a moisture content outside the manufacturer's recommended values will not be proces-
sed efficiently.
11.2. Product Preparation
To be able to work with the MT Dry 500 it is essential to previously separate the dried flowers from the branches.
This process can be done manually, or accelerated with a MASTER BUCKERS range of equipment marketed by
Master Products.
