8. Once all the above actions have been carried out, introduce the components that can get wet inside an ultrasonic
cleaning machine such as the Master Sonic 500. If one of these machines is not available, use a pressure washer
with hot water at around 60ºC, a soapy sponge and Master Clean liquid to remove accumulated remains of vege-
table matter.
9. Once the cleaning process is complete, and with all the components completely dry, reverse the previous steps
to reassemble the components in the equipment. Remember that only authorized and trained personnel can carry
out these maintenance tasks.
12.2. Lower wheel adjustment
The equipment has three wheels mounted on the front frame on which the end of the barrel rests. Two of them
are at the top and the rest at the bottom. The latter is precisely the main support for the barrel when the blade is in
the relaxed mode. This wheel should be slightly offset to facilitate the process of mounting and removing the barrel.
The distance or position with which this wheel is delivered on the equipment is what Master Products considers
valid for most producers.
*** If a barrel is used for the extraction of pollen, the lower wheel should be separated from the barrel by about 2
or 3 millimetres to facilitate easy and careful insertion/removal.
Follow the steps below if it is necessary to adjust the position of the lower wheel:
1. Remove front barrel cover
, plastic tray
, dry trim barrel and the blade.
