the VHF550 prompts you to confi rm, press

every.few.minutes.until.you.receive.a.
response.

distress call, below.

Making a voice distress call

Speak.slowly.--.clearly.--.calmly.

Make.sure.your.radio.is.on..
On the microphone, press the
