Moreover, visual inspection of the device should be carried out quarterly.
Proceed as follows during this activity:
− The electrician should check all connecting cables for damage.
− Check for visible damage and leakage of compressed air connections and hoses.
− Check for visible damage of the filtration device.
− Check for pressure regulator setting. The regulator is located in the ventilator unit
behind the sheet metal cover (pos. 2).
Proceed as follows during this activity:
• Turn CleanAirTower off and unplug the mains plug.
• Remove the sheet metal cover (pos. 2) of the ventilator unit (while following
the par. 5.1).
• Check setting of both pressure regulators both on the tank (pos. 3) and on the
3/2-way valve (pos. 4). The pressure in the tank should be set to 5 bar while
the 3/2-way valve pressure to 1.5 bar. Pressure is increased by turning
clockwise.
