WARNING!
ALWAYS USE SHARP AND UNDAMAGED CUTTING DISCS. CRACKED OR BENT
CUTTING DISCS MUST BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.
BEFORE REPLACING THE CUTTING DISC ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE MACHINE
FROM POWER SUPPLY.
MAKE SURE THAT SPINDLE DIAMETER AND DISC BORE MATCH. DO NOT USE
AN ADAPTER TO ASSEMBLE A CUTTING DISC WITH A LARGER BORE.
1. Unscrew the housing (22).
2. Use spanners to remove the nut (23).
3. Remove the outer flange (24), the old cutting disc (4) and the inner flange (25).
4. Clean the flanges.
5. Put the inner flange, the new cutting disc and the outer flange. When fitting the cutting disc, make sure that
direction of rotation corresponds to the arrow on the housing.
6. Put the nut and use spanners to securely tighten it.
7. Fix the housing with screws.
BLADE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT (FIG. D)
Blade angle is variable from 0° to 45°.
1. Loosen angle lock knobs (11).
2. Select the required angle by using the graduated scale (10).
3. Tighten angle lock knobs.
MITRE GAUGE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT (FIG. E)
Mitre gauge can be fixed at any position on the guide rail, both on the right and left side of cutting disc.
1. Loosen the screws (26) a few turns.
2. Inser the mitre gauge (5) into the guide rail (27).
3. Set the mitre angle or adjust the mitre gauge for use as an end stop.
4. Tighten the screws.
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT (FIG. E)
The mitre angle is left / right variable from 0° to 90°.
1. Loosen the lock knob (28).
2. Set the desired mitre angle using the scale on the protractor (29).
3. Use the 0° position when using the mitre gauge as an end stop.
4. Tighten the lock knob.
CUTTING LENGHT ADJUSTMENT (FIG. A)
The cutting start and end point can be set by means of limiter knobs (12).
1. Loosen the right-hand limiter knob (12).
2. Move the limiter knob to the desired position to define another cutting end point.
3. Tighten the limiter knob.
4. Position the other limiter knob according to the same instructions to define a start point.
