1. Remove the head lock knob before use.
2. Before switching the machine on, make sure that the water pump is immersed.
3. Switch the machine on before the cutting disc touches the workpiece.
4. Place the workpiece against the fence.
5. Keep the workpiece in place and slowly guide the cutting disc through the workpiece.
6. Do not exert pressure on the cutting disc. Allow the machine enough time to cut the workpiece.
7. Regularly check that the cutting disc is sufficiently cooled.
8. Lock the head after use, using the head lock knob.
ON/OFF SWITCH (FIG. A)
1. To switch the machine on, set the ON/OFF switch (1) to "I".
2. To switch the machine off, set the ON/OFF switch (1) to "0".
WARNING: Before any adjustment, maintenance or disc replacement operation switch
the tile cutter off and disconnect it from the power supply, by removing the plug from
the socket.
In case you find out any damage to the protection devices or anomalies while processing or checking the tile
cutter, you must immediately get it repaired by qualified persons.
Before use always check that protection and safety devices are perfectly efficient, and after finishing working,
make a general cleaning of the machine. Always keep the workbench and ventilation inlets free of dirt and
waste. Empty and dry the water tank.
In case of intensive use of the tile cutter, the frequency of checks could be:
1. Daily
Remove the waste that could pile up inside the machine and clean the motor ventialtion inlets.
Make sure that disc protection can always slide perfectly.
2. Weekly
Make sure that disc group can slide freely up and down.
3. Monthly
Check disc brake time, if higher than 10 second, take the machine to an after sales centre.
Check motor noise.
Make sure that supply cable is not damaged.
