How to Play
Players will take turns in a clockwise direction. The player who last went for a walk in the woods goes first.
When it is your turn, insert one of your animal cards or a mouse card into the forest. Important: Use one of
the six entry points around the edges of the board! Slide the card in until no part of it is left showing. This is
how the animals move around in the forest and collect the treasures.
Note: Do you not have any animal cards left in front of you? When it is your turn, push a mouse
card into the enchanted forest. This may have the effect of ejecting a card showing your animal. If so,
you can return it to your stack. You are always allowed to play a mouse card instead of one of your
animal cards.
Did no one come out the other side of the forest?
Then it's time for the next player to take their turn.
Did an animal or mouse card come out of the other side of the forest?
Great, the animals have reclaimed some of their treasures.
Does the card show your animal or some mice?
Excellent! Place the treasure tile(s) gathered by the card onto your treehouse board. If the
treasures match tiles you already have, just stack them on top of each other.
Does the card show the animal of another player?
Bad luck for you! Your opponent claims the treasure tile that has emerged and
places it on their treehouse board.

If, later in the game, an animal or mouse card leaves the forest with no treasure tile, the player goes away empty-handed.
The animal cards are returned to their owner. A mouse card is placed back on the pile next to the game board. Then it's the next player's turn.
Three-player Variant
The normal game rules apply with the following exception:
Animal cards which do not belong to one of the three players are treated the same as the mouse cards. Any treasure they contain goes to the player who
has pushed the card out. The card is then placed on the pile next to the game board.
Two-player Variant
The normal game rules apply with the following exception:
If one of your animal cards emerges with a treasure, you are only allowed to deposit that treasure on the matching animal's treehouse board, i.e. you are
not allowed to swap treasures between your two treehouses. But if you push out a mouse card, you may choose which treehouse board you want to put
the two treasure tiles on.

In the two-player version, the winner is the first person to stash seven different or six identical treasures in one of their treehouses.

succeeded in pushing the card out.
