MEGACOLD L– Issue 01
ATTENTION: These operations must be carried out by personnel with practical
experience of the apparatus, since safety and hygiene are involved
To assure optimal functioning of the vending machine over time, adequately and periodic maintenance is
necessary. This chapter is dedicated to maintenance operations and their frequency, which must in any case
be considered indicative since they depend on various factors such as the type of products used, the climate
conditions and in particular the humidity, etc. This chapter does not give an exhaustive description of all the
maintenance operations. All cleaning operations must be carried out after cutting off the electricity supply to
the vending machine. Under no circumstances may direct jets of water and/or pressurised water be used to
wash the vending machine. To avoid the risk of rust or chemical aggression in general, the stainless steel
and painted surfaces must be kept clean.
Switch off the machine by means of the main switch and pull out the power plug. Do not
wash the vending machine with direct jets of water and/or pressurised water.
11.1 IMPORTANT CLEANING POINTS
