5.0 BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
5.1 FRAME ASSEMBLY
• Remove the pre-assembled screws from the frame.
• Unscrew the housing locking screw (A) and fold the main housing upwards.
• Slide the frame into the motor housing and fix it with the 2 M6 x 20 screws.
• Close the main housing and tighten the housing locking screw (A). Make sure that the main
housing is completely closed and that the safety switch (B) is in the correct position.
• WARNING! The motor will not run if the housing locking screw (A) is not seated in the safety
switch (B) after assembly. Please check carefully and ensure that the housing is properly closed.
5.2 WHEEL ASSEMBLY
• Mount the axle to the frame with the 2 screws M6 x 50 and the nuts.
• Push the wheels onto the axle.
• Then attach the wheel caps.
5.3 COLLECTION BAG
A) Housing locking screw
B) Safety switches
C) On/off switch

Clamp the retaining tabs of the collection bag into the holders on both
sides of the shredder housing.
