Any parts replaced during the warranty period shall be covered for the remaining period of the purchased product warranty.

The manufacturer shall not pay the customer any indemnities for the inconvenience of not being able to use the product

during the period required for repairing.

Should it be necessary to replace the product, the manufacturer will deliver it to the retailer who will then deliver it to the end

user following the same procedure as for the product purchase.

This guarantee is valid within Italy; in the event of sale or installation carried out elsewhere, the guarantee must be recognised

by the distributor in that territory.

The warranty is carried out with the repair or replacement of defective parts, or defective parts or the entire product, at the

discretion of the company

When requesting assistance, you must have the following to hand:

Stove model

Purchase date

●

Purchase location

●

Warranty goodwill certificate completed by specialised C.A.T.
