DISH/LNB INSTALLATION
Before receiving any satellite programmes, the dish and LNB must be installed and aligned to face the satellite(s)
in space. Astra satellites are positioned above the equator at longitude 19.2° east.
* ~~ This receiver is factory-set for use with Astra LNB type SLB3 or TLB3. To use an older model
Amstrad LNB, you must change receiver's local oscillator setting to 1|OGHz.

Do not lose remote control handset - most receiver functions cannot be used without it.

Unwrap new batteries and fit them in accordance with diagram inside battery compartment.

Remove exhausted batteries as soon as possible and replace with leakproof batteries (type number printed
inside battery compartment).

Remove batteries if not using the handset for a few weeks or more.

When remote control commands are sent from handset, red light should flash on receiver front panel.
-
Ignore AUTHORISE button on handset, it has no function on this receiver.
