9 ALIGNING THE DISH
* Skip this section if dish has been installed and aligned professionally.
If installing dish yourself, refer to Dish Installation Guide and diagram sheet supplied with dish. Check you have
set dish to correct angle of elevation.
DIRECTION (LEFT/RIGHT)
Once installed, dish must be turned to face the right direction. Follow these
instructions:
Slightly loosen nuts securing dish so it can be turned. Face dish south.
Switch on receiver and TV. Select the satellite channel.
Press 5 to select channel 5 (Vox/The Children's Channef*).
Slowly and carefully turn dish eastwards until picture* appears on TV screen.
When you find the best position, tighten nuts securing dish. (Check for good
picture quality on a few other channels also.)

If picture is not satisfactory, try rotating the LNB to improve the picture; if it is still
not satisfactory, then try re- adjusting the angle of elevation.
* lf DSF appears (even though on-screen display says WOX-TCC), this means you are using an older model LNB.
Continue aligning dish for best picture, then afterwards set receiver's local oscillator to 1OGHz.
