Manual Tuning
Manual tuning allows you to search
through all stations broadcasting in each
band. This allows you to tune in stations
with extremely weak signals that you might
not be able to receive using automatic
tuning.
1 Press BAND until the desired band
appears.
Each time you press the BAND button,
the received band changes as follows:

2 Press TUNE MODE repeatedly until
the AUTO and PRESET indicators
go off.
The manual tuning mode is selected.
3 Turn the TUNING/SELECT knob
until you tune in the desired
station.
* To tune ina higher frequency, turn
the knob clockwise.
¢ To tune in a lower frequency, turn the
knob counterclockwise.
The TUNED indicator appears when the
station is fully tuned in.
For the ST-S361, the signal meter
indicates the strength of the broadcast
signal. The signal meter disappears
after 4 seconds.
Note
When you reach the highest or lowest
frequency of any band, the frequency does
not change any more. Turn the TINING/
SELECT knob in the reverse direction.
