TESTING POWER SUPPLY OF DISPLAY BOARD (57)
Panel board (57), connector J12 terminals 1 (+) - 10 (-) = 5 Vdc +/- 5 %.
Panel board (57), connector J10 terminals 2 (+) – 1(-) = 24 Vdc +/- 15 %.
♦ Check wiring between connector J12 of panel board (57) and CN2 control board
(48).
♦ Check wiring between connector J10 of panel board (57) and CN4 service filter
board (7).
♦ With the machine off, disconnect connector J12 of panel board (57) and
connector J10 of display board (57).
♦ Turn the machine on and check that the voltage at the terminals 1 (+) - 10 (-) of
connector CN2 of control board (48) is 5 Vdc +/-5 % and that the voltage at
terminals 1(+) -2(-) of connector CN4 of service filter board (7) is 45 Vdc +/-
10 %. If the result is correct,replace panel board (57)
♦ If the voltage at the terminals of CN2 of control board (48), replace control board
(48).
♦ If the voltage at the terminals of CN4 of service filter board (7) is incorrect,
replace service filter board (7).
3.3.2 -Power source powered up, LCD display board (N) on, fan (28) off.
TESTING FAN (28).
Power the machine and check that the voltage at the terminals 2 (+) - 1 (-) of
connector J14 of display board (57) is 24 V +/- 5 % approximately 12 s after closing
mains switch (10).
♦ Check the wiring between fan (28) and connector J13 of display board (57);
♦ Check the wiring between power source (10) and connector J15 of display
board (57);
♦ Check the wiring between power source (10) and connector CN2 of service filter
board (7);
♦ Check for the presence of three power phases at terminals U2, V2 and W2 on
service filter board (7), with voltage value equal to the power source supply
voltage. If incorrect, check cable, power plug and switch (10); replace if
defective.
♦ Replace service filter board (7).

♦ Check the wiring between CN1 display board (57) and
CN2 control board (48).
♦ Replace display board (57) and/or control board (48).
♦ Make sure that there are no mechanical impediments
blocking the fan (28).
♦ Replace fan (28).
