Installation is performed in reverse order.
Prior to installing the drum, check the drum seal.
– Replace the drum seal if damaged.
– Ensure that the drum seal is positioned correctly in the divider.
– Grease the seal with the supplied Turmsilon.
After completing the work, push the drum against the divider so that the drum is positioned
against the drum seal.
– The drum seal prevents water from entering the container area of the ClearWave filter ele-
ments unfiltered.
Changing the O-rings of the unwinding mechanism
To ensure optimal dirt filtration, the filter fleece must always be tensioned and fully cover the drum.
The O-rings on the two winding mandrels slow down the unwinding process and generate the neces-
sary filter fleece tension.
Replace the O-rings when the deceleration effect decreases and the filter fleece begins to sag.
Replace the roller bearings if no sufficient deceleration effect is achieved despite installing new O-
