OPERATIONS
General Description
The control unit consists of a device which integrates:
• Several keys
• An LCD display device
• A box with several control panels
The user directly interacts with the control unit using the keys.
The user's controls are acquired and processed by the control panel which activates the
desired function and presents it in the display device.
Each phase of operations is associated to:
• An indication on the LCD screen
• A sequence of signs sent to the feeding unit to set the electrical, mechanical or
hydraulic devices that perform the functions.
The screen is controlled or the user may interact with it using 4 keys.
The display keys are identified by the illustrated symbols in the main screen.
According to the working philosophy each function is associated to a function icon which
represents the performed function.
The Screen is divided in the following "Areas":
• Clock
• Numbering of items of the menu
• Function icon
• Menu Options
• Information Area (comments or significant functioning parameters).
The function keys have double functions whether you are in parameters definition
/edition mode or selecting a function (menu options).
During the several phases of functioning, some warning, confirmation or information
messages may be shown in the screen (read the chapter on messages ahead in this
manual).
After reading the message, press "Exit" to remove it from the screen.
The information messages remain in the screen for a maximum of 10 seconds; all the
other messages must be removed by pressing "Exit" .
With a message being shown on the screen, only the "Exit" key is activated. No other
key is activated.
Selection mode on the menu:
The UP and DOWN keys allow you to see the several menu and submenu options in the
operation context. The menu option is always associated to an icon and to a sequential
number. (Numbering in the upper right corner)
The ENTER key allows you to choose the selected option in the screen.
If the option is associated to a submenu, it will open it; or if it represents a function it will
start it. The EXIT key allows you to exit a submenu and go back to the main menu. If you
don't press any key within 10 seconds, no cycle will be started (Shower, Hydromassage
or Steam) and no messages will be shown in the screen.
