WARRANTY CONDITIONS
If all the above indications aren't followed the warranty is automatically invalid. All the
GALA shower cabins undergo a rigorous quality control to check their compliance.
Despite the many control procedures performed and the production rigor if you identify
any defects, follow the instructions below. To validate the warranty, the warranty
certificate and the purchase receipt must always be presented.
Any complain will only be acknowledged before the presentation of the warranty
certificate and the purchase receipt. If you notice any aesthetic or structure defects when
unpacking the product, do not install it at all. Report the manufacturer the damage /
defect immediately, in written, and annex a copy of the warranty and purchase receipt.
All the warranty rights are considered invalid if damaged products are installed.
The warranty doesn't cover glass parts, mirrors, light bulbs, fuses, decorative parts, and
all others parts and components with defects due to neglect, misuse, incorrect installa-
tion or maintenance, repairs performed by unauthorized personnel, reckless transporta-
tion, or any other non-attributable causes to the manufacturer such as: sudden changes
of the voltage, lightning, electrolysis, corrosion, and in general all causes attributable to
the electric and hydraulic sources, whether accidental or for other reasons.
In any case, the warranty excludes:
• Hue differences;
• Materials surface defects, and in any case, identified by the reference regulations.
• Worn out parts due to misuse, hinges, sealings.
In these cases, GALA reserves the right to decide replace or repair the product. The
warranty will only be considered valid after the control tests performed by our Quality
Warranty department.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused
to people, goods or animals due to non-compliance with all the instructions included in
the installation and user's manual provided with the product.
If a manufacturer failure directly attributable to the manufacturer is acknowledged under
this warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product or the parts, to his
account, as soon as possible, according to the company's organization needs. The
customer may not revoke the contract and complain on damages under this warranty.
