6.1 Turning on the unit and preparing the sintering trays
Always place the sintering trays (only
Cercon
®
the middle of the insulated fl oor of

Turn on the unit with the ON/OFF key. An acoustic
signal is heard.
2.
The display shows the message CH II, followed by
the software version number and the current chamber
temperature.

Load the sintering trays (only Cercon
with the Cercon
®
Zirkon-oxid frameworks and place
them in the middle of the insulated fl oor of the sintering
chamber.
Do not stack more than three sintering trays at a time,
taking note of the MAX mark (which defi nes the maximum
stacking height).
6.2 Program selection and program start
1.
Raise the lifting table bearing the sintering trays (only
Cercon
®
heat plus Trays) as far as it will go in order to
seal the sintering chamber. The red Closed LED will
be lit.
2.
Start one of the 8 predefi ned programs by pressing
one of the P1–P8 keys. To start program P8 (Service
fi ring), you must hold the P8 key pressed for more than
5 seconds.
3.
The program number is briefl y displayed, and an
acoustic signal is sounded. The green program key
LED is lit, and the fan inside the lifting table turns on.
