Trouble
The suction perfor-
mance is insufficient.
Electrical equipment
connected to the appli-
ance socket cannot be
operated.
Suction starts even
though the electrical
appliance connected to
the socket is not being
used.
Suction does not stop
when the electrical ap-
pliance is switched off.
Suction does not start
even though the electri-
cal appliance connected
to the socket is in used.
Fuse triggers when a
connected electrical
device is switched on.
Suction stops suddenly
in continuous or auto-
matic mode.
After the suction mo-
tor was changed, the
suction unit stopped
functioning or stops
suddenly.
Reason
• Suction performance is set too low
• Blockage in the Suction tube
• High loss of suction due to unfavorable
tube position
• Leakage: Dust drawer not airtight.
• Leakage: Second channel open although it
should be closed
• Fine filter blocked
• Suction not switched on
• The device fuse has triggered because the
power of the connected electrical device is
too high
• The automatic switch-on function has been
set too low
• The automatic switch-on function has been
set too low
• The automatic switch-on function has been
set too high
• Power consumption of the connected de-
vice too high
• Suction turbine is overheated
• Suction turbine is defect
• The plug from the suction motor is not suffi-
ciently clicked in place
• Select a higher suction level
• Check suction tube
• Read instructions on connection to the extraction
point (see chapter 45)
• Check the correct fit of the dust drawer (see
chapter 62)
• Check pinch valves in compressed air
• Check that the pinch valve in the unused channel
is closed
• Switch the device off and on again, so that a filter
cleaning is carried out
• Change fine filter (see chapter 6.3) (if filter clean-
ing does not improve the performance)
• Switch suction on
• Observe the maximum connection capacity of the
appliance socket
• Connect the electrical appliance to a separate
socket and operate the extraction unit manually
(see chapter 52)
• Setting the automatic switch-on (see chapter
543)
• Setting the automatic switch-on (see chapter
543)
• Setting the automatic switch-on (see chapter
543)
• Observe the max connection value (see chap-
ter 8)
• Switch off the device and leave to cool for at least
60 min
• Check whether suction tube is blocked, eliminate
blockage
• Switch the device off and then on again to per-
form a filter cleaning.
Change fine filter (see chapter 6.3) if filter clean-
ing does not improve the performance
• Change Suction turbine
• Connect the suction motor plug correctly
Ensure that the plug is fitted correctly and clicked
into place by pulling it
