2. Attach ground wire using the green ground screw located inside the junction
box (see Figure 6). The external bonding connection is only a supplemental
bonding connection where local authorities permit or require such a
connection.
NOTE: An accessory AC control circuit can be used to operate a device such
as a signal light or a solenoid operated valve. The "hot" AC lead should be tied
into the large wire nut inside the junction box (see Figure 7), and the neutral lead
should be tied with the neutral at the switch. Maximum amp draw on the control
circuit should be limited to 1 amp.
