OPERATION
Timed Cooking
TIME COOK II allowsyou to change
power levelsautomaticallyduring
cooking.
1. Pressthe TIME COOK pad
2. Pressthe NUMBER pads to enter your
first cooking time.
3. If you wish to change the power level,
press the POWERLEVEL pad and
then press the NUMBER pad to select
your preferredpower level
4. Pressthe TIME COOK pad again
5. Pressthe NUMBERpads again to
enter your second preferred cooking
time.
6. If you wish to change the power level,
press the POWERLEVEl. pad and
then press the NUMBER pad to select
your preferred power level.
7. Pressthe STARTpad
At the end of the first cooking time
countdown, the second cooking time will
start its countdown.

Allows you to defrostfor a selected length
of time,The PowerLevel is automatically
set for level 3 but can be changed, When
using higherpower levels,foods will need
to be checked morefrequently
TO SET TIME DEFROST:
1. Pressthe TIME DEFROSTpad.
2. Pressthe NUMBER pads to enterthe
defrosting time,
3. Pressthe STARTpad.

Youcan use this feature two ways:
• It will add 30 seconds to the time
counting down each time the pad is
pressed.
• It can be used as a quick way to set 30
seconds of cooking time.
This is a quick wayto setcookingtime from
1 to6 minutes.
Pressoneof the ExpressCookpads(from
1to 6) for 1to 6 minutesof cookingat power
level 10,
The powercan be changedwhilethe time is
countingdown.Pressthe POWERLEVEL
pad andentera numberfrom 1to 0+

defrostingresultsformeats,poultryandfish.
UseTimeDefrost f ormostotherfrozenfoods.
TO SETAUTODEFROST:
1. Pressthe AUTODEFROST pad.
2. Usingthe Conversion Guide,enterthe
foodweight.
3. Pressthe STARTpad.
Lookfor thehandyguide locatedonthe
insidefrontof the microwave oven.
• Remove meatfrom packageand placeon
a microwave-safe d ish.
• Twiceduringdefrost,the ovensignals
"TURn." At each"TURn"signal,turnthe
fondover.Remove defrostedmeator
shieldwarmareaswithsmallpiecesof foil.
• Afterdefrosting,mostmeatsneedto stand
5 minutesto completedefrosting.Large
roastsshouldstandfor about30minutes.
CONVERSION GUIDE
If the weightof foodisstatedinpoundsand
ounces,the ouncesmustbe convertedto
tenths(.1)of a pound.
