Raise the capsule-loading lever, insert the capsule

Never place your fingers or any other object in-
side the capsule-insertion compartment. Use
only Lavazza BLUE capsules.
Press the Cappuccino button (once for 8oz (240ml)

of espresso, or twice for 12oz (360ml)). The milk will
begin frothing and the Cappuccino button will blink
(slowly for 8oz (240ml), or quickly for 12oz (360ml)),
after which the espresso will begin to filter out from
the side spout.
When the cappuccino key stops blinking, the cap-

puccino will be ready. Completely raise the mixer
and remove the cup/glass.
Danger of scalding!
Small sprays of milk/steam may escape whilst
using the mixer to prepare hot beverages. To
move the mixer always use the handle on the
drive unit of the "cappuccinatore" milk frother.
Always check there is sufficient water in the res-
ervoir.
Be extremely careful to turn the mixer on to pre-
pare hot beverages
