We are not liable for any damages in the case of:
• incorrect use and other uses than the
intended purposes;
• repairs/installations performed at
unauthorised service centres;
• tampering with the power cord;
• tampering with any part of the machine;
• use of spare parts and accessories that are
not original;
• no water softening;
• storage at temperatures below 0°C;
• use of any capsule other than the Lavazza
BLUE.
The warranty will be cancelled in any of these
cases.

STARTING THE MACHINE

Place the machine on a fl at, horizon-
tal and stable surface, away from water,
fl ames and heat sources.
If mounted on a moving vehicle, the machine
must be attached to the support surface with
the special plate.
The device cannot be mounted with the front
facing forward.
Disconnect the power supply if any. When the
machine is on it should never be covered by
towels or any other items.
Lift and extract the tank.

Carefully lift the tank cover until it stops, press on

the fl ap to release the hinge from the catch and
remove the cover.

Lift and extract the protective splashguard and
fi ll the tank to the indicated MAX level, using
only non-carbonated fresh drinking water.
Using a water fi lter (optional accessory) improves
the quality of the water and lengthens the lifespan
of the device.
Use the AquaAroma
Crema Brita® water
fi lter for Lavazza.
To insert the fi lter follow
the instructions provided
with the accessory. We
advise you not to alter
the pre-set fi lter selection.

FILLING THE TANK

Raise and rotate the cover, open the protective
splashguard plug and fi ll the tank.
The water level must never go above the MAX
and must always be kept above the MIN. Only
use fresh drinking water. Hot water or other
liquids may damage the tank. The machine
will not function with a level of water below
the indicated minimum water level: make
sure that the water level is above the MIN
level indicated.
