Volume Open/Close the Front Panel
[A VOL]: Up OPEN: Press [OPEN] on the front panel.
[Y VOL]: Down CLOSE: Raise the panel by hand.
Note:
e The sound level for each source is stored in
memory.
(For radio, one volume setting for AM, one
volume setting for all FMs)
CO RECEIVER WITH FULL DOT MATRIX DISPLAY

Mute/Attenuator
ON: Press [MUTE].
OFF: Press again.
Decreasing volume range depends on setting.

MUTE: : No sound.
[ATTENUATION | : Decrease the volume to 1/10 .
Cautions:
e To avoid damaging the front panel, do not push it down or place objects on it while it is open.
e Do not pitch your finger or hand in the front panel.
e Do not insert foreign matter into the disc slot.
