ADJUSTING YOUR BIKE
The third adjustment involves MOVING THE SADDLE HORIZONTALLY forwards or backwards along its rails.
The third adjustment involves moving the saddle horizontally forwards or backwards along its rails. Graduations
are located on the rail [1] on the right-hand side of the saddle to help with this adjustment. To release the saddle

for front-to-back adjustment, simply loosen screws [A] and [B], in the same way as for saddle tilt adjustment.
You can experiment with different positions to find the one that suits you best. Moving the saddle forwards will
bring your position closer to the handlebars, while moving it backwards will have the opposite effect.
Adjusting the telescopic seat post:
To lower the saddle, press down firmly with your hand, or sit on the saddle, while pressing the control
lever, located on the left side of the handlebars. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.
To raise the saddle, operate the control lever while relieving the saddle of your body weight, then release
the lever when the saddle is at the desired height.
You can adjust the height of your saddle to any desired position along the entire stroke of the saddle post.
