Push the piston unit down to the bottom. Remove
the seal, inspect it and clean or replace if neces-
sary
Note:
The seal will either remain inside the nose cone
or will stay on the piston after the nose cone is
removed.
If required, lubricate the piston lightly with the
supplied silicone oil. Push the seal on the piston
with its flat side facing up-ward. Use the mount-
ing tool to mount and tighten the cleaned or new
nose cone.
Reassemble the manifold and mount it to the
handle.
Note:
The manifold must be screwed into the handle
counter-clockwise, until it audibly snaps into
place.
You must not pull the manifold downward.
Check the instrument for tightness, mobility and
accuracy (see page 63 "Servicing").
Performe the reference run (rEF).
