OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Turn the power on and check the operation of your ceiling fan.
The pull chain controls the 3 speeds of your ceiling fan. (Fig. 23)
1st pull = High, 2nd pull = Medium, 3rd pull = Low and the 4th pull
turns the fan motor o .
WARNING: Do not operate reversing switch while fan
blades are in motion. Fan must be turned o and
blades stopped before reversing blade direction.
The switch on the side of the switch housing controls the
direction of the fan blades, "Forward" or "Reverse". (Fig. 23)
Warm Weather Operation: Forward (fan rotates counter
clockwise). A downward airflow creates a cooling e ect
(Fig. 24). This allows you to set your air conditioner on a
warmer setting without a ecting your general comfort.
Cool Weather Operation: Reverse (fan rotates clockwise).
An upward airflow moves warm air o the ceiling areas
(Fig. 25). This allows you to set your heating unit on a cooler
setting without a ecting your general comfort.
