REMOTE CONTROLLER
Replacing the batteries
Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote control by pressing and sliding it in the
direction of the arrow.
Install the batteries by placing (-) on the side with the spring on the remote control. Reinstall
the battery cover by sliding it into place.
Use 2 AAA (1.5V) LRO3 batteries. Do not
use rechargeable batteries.
Replace the old batteries with new ones of the same
type when the display is no longer legible.
Do not dispose of batteries as unsorted municipal waste.
Separate collection of such waste is required for special
treatment.
Whenever you insert batteries into the remote control for the first time,
it is possible to set the type of cooling only or heat pump control. As soon as you insert the batteries, turn off the
remote control and operate as follows.

Note:If you set the remote control in cooling mode, it will not be possible to activate the
heating function in units with heat pump. If you need to restore, take out the
batteries and install them again.
