ALWAYS have the Handle LOCKED in the CARRY POSITION when lifting by the Handle.
Lifting from ANY OTHER LOCKED or UNLOCKED Position could cause the child to fall.
1. Make sure
HANDLE is
locked in CARRY
POSITION (see
pg. 27).
2. Pick up Infant Car
Seat by Handle
and install it onto
Base. An audible
CLICK is heard.
Using the Infant Car Seat with the Base
Attaching the Infant Car Seat to the Base
DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur.
3. Lift up on the
Carrier to ensure
it is secured to the
Base.
4. Check that the recline angle is at the
correct angle for your child's weight as
shown on the Recline Indicator.
