List of food that cannot be cooked in the steamer:
1) Preserved fruit (jam and similar products - whole fruit or in pieces, or in the
form of flour or powder) in an oily liquid medium;
2) Vegetables preserved in an oily medium;
3) Animal and vegetable fats and oils, natural or processed (including cocoa
butter, lard and melted butter);
4) Margarine, butter and other fats consisting of water-in-oil emulsions;
5) Meat and fish preserves and semi-preserves in an oily medium;
6) Whole milk, partly dehydrated, partly or wholly skimmed;
7) Fermented milk, such as buttermilk yoghurt and similar products;
8) Acidic cream and cream
9) Sauces containing oil and water in two layers;
