• A—Ideal installation. Best immersion of the electrode surfaces
• B—Good installation. Satisfactory immersion of the electrode surfaces
• C—Poor installation. Incomplete immersion of the electrodes. The conductivity will be too low.
Install the sensor where the sample that comes into contact with the sensor is representative of the
entire process.
3.3.1 Installation in the sample line
Refer to the installation examples in Figure 5 and Figure 6. The arrows identify the sample flow
direction.
Put the internal electrode fully into the process sample when the sensor is installed in the sample
line. For a 90° installation, refer to the sensor dimensions in Product overview on page 5.
