W A R R A N T Y
The legal warranty covers only manufacturing defects and not damage resulting from natural
wear and tear, overloading or improper treatment. Wearing parts are not covered by the
warranty. ENGMAR cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of its
welding torches. The quality of the weld is the responsibility of the user. Any welding defect
cannot be attributed solely to the welding torch. The maintenance of the equipment is the
responsibility of the user.
The warranty is only valid under these conditions:
- The welding torch is used as specified
- Replacement and wear parts are original ENGMAR parts
- All safety instructions are followed when using the torch
Please note that repairs and maintenance are generally carried out by ENGMAR or its
distributor only.
Any unauthorized intervention or modification voids the manufacturer's liability and the

warranty.

ENGMAR extraction torches are guaranteed for 3 months parts and labour to date of invoice
for any manufacturing defect established after expertise except consumables.
A request form is to be filled in by the distributor in order to establish the expertise and the
resulting coverage.

ENGMAR extraction welding torches comply with IEC 60974, EN ISO 21904-1 and EN ISO
