a) Top plate

The embossed plates have been designed in such a way that they can be used as both "right" and "left"
plates so that they only need to be rotated by 180°.
The right and left plates can be understood as follows:
• On the right plates, the fluid runs from connection 2 to 3, or in reverse from 3 to 2 (figure 3).
• On the left plates, the fluid runs from connection 1 to 4, or in reverse from 4 to 1 (figure 3).
The 4 openings on the plate corners open according to the desired flow pattern.
Please note: The 4 openings are labelled with numbers, starting at the opening on the top of the left side of
the plate as viewed from the seal.
This opening is number 1. The openings numbered 2, 3 and 4 appear clockwise from there.
