 You can monitor the cooking process of your food by the lid window.
8. Move the temperature control knob to OFF and unplug the fryer, do not move the fryer until it
has cooled completely.
III.3 USEFUL TIPS
1. Oils and fats
Use only oil suitable for cooking at high temperatures.
 Do not combine different types of oil.
 Change the oil when it takes on a brown colour following cooking (after approx. 20 uses).
 To avoid the risk of spillage when cooking more food, you can reduce the oil to the Min level,
while the cooking process must be monitored.
2. Preparing food
 Regardless of the recipe, the foodstuffs involved must be perfectly dry in order to prevent any
spillover or splashes of oil and to ensure that the oil lasts longer.
 When preparing potato-based food (chips, crisps, etc.), cut the potatoes and rinse them under
cold water to remove the starch. Dry them to prevent them sticking together.
3. Cooking
 If you are cooking more than a full basket, it is recommended that you cook cook half a basket
of food at a time for better cooking taste, and you can do it multiple times.
 Do not heat the oil to high temperatures for extended periods as this may result in it
deteriorating.
 Reduce the temperature to its lowest setting between batches.
 Do not leave cooked food to drain in the basket for extended periods. The steam arising may
soften the food and cause it to lose its crispy crust.
4. After cooking
 You can allow the oil to cool with the basket in place and the lid of the fryer closed. There is no
risk of the oil deteriorating.
 Change the oil regularly.
