Cause
It was not possible to reduce
the pressure sufficiently dur-
ing the "Software test".

any refrigerant from the inter-
nal vessel during the "Soft-
ware test".
The compressor could not
reduce the internal pressure
sufficiently.

Troubleshooting
Remedy
Residual pressure on the
pressure gauges? Check
pressure transducer calibra-
tion. Check internal bottle
pressure. Check the com-
pressor and the correspond-
ing solenoid valves.
Insert receptacle for drained
oil correctly. Check that the
solenoid valve can move
freely. Check that the scale is
working properly.
Check pressure transducer
calibration.
Check if the valve on the
internal vessel is open.
Check the RE valve.
Check the compressor and
pressure transducer.
Disconnect service hose
from the unit.
Disconnect service hose
from the unit.
Check unit for leaks. Check
the vacuum pump.
