Cleaning the docking station,
power supply, charging cable
and plug connections
► Disconnect the power supply's mains plug
from the wall outlet.
► Clean the docking station, power supply and
charging cable with a damp cloth.
► If necessary, remove built-up dirt with a soft
brush.
► Clean plug connections with a dry lint-free
cloth.
► If necessary, remove built-up dirt with a
brush.

Visual inspection
► Regularly check the robot mower:
– Cleanliness of the charging contacts
– Check the hood and protective strip for
damage
– Check that the wheels run smoothly
– Check the blades for damage, wear, cracks
and smooth running.
– Check the blade disk for damage and wear.
– If the wear marks (1) are worn through
and holes are formed: Replace the mow‐
ing unit.
– Check the L-pins (2) for damage and wear.
– If the L-pins (2) are more than half-worn:
Replace the mowing unit.

– Check the plug (3) of the diagnostic socket
for damage and tight fit.

Replacing blades
WARNING
■ The cutting edges of the blades are sharp.
There is a risk of cutting oneself.
► Wear work gloves made of robust material.
► Stop the robot mower and activate the device
lock.

► Grip the robotic mower at the front grip sur‐
face (1) and the rear grip surface (2).
► Turn the robot mower on its back.
► Press and hold the lever (3).

► Rotate the nut (4) counterclockwise until it can
be removed.
