7-SEQUENCE OF OPERATION
7.1
DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKING CYCLE
The operator, after filling the magazine with cases
and having adjusted the machine as instructed in
Section 8.0, presses the start button.
After pressing the START button, the vacuum slider
plate approaches the case magazine.
Una vez pulsado el mando de PUESTA EN MAR-
CHA, el carro portaventosas se acerca al depósito
de cartones.
The vacuum plate affixes to the first case. The car-
riage retracts dragging the box across the case-
opener lever, which automatically opens the case.
Las ventosas cogen la primera caja.
El retorno del carro arrastra consigo dicho cartón, el
cual se abre automáticamente mediante la leva
abrecajas.
A proximity switch stops the retracted vacuum plate
with the open case once the case aligns with the
center line of the belt.
El carro portaventosas con la caja abierta se para a
la altura del sensor.
