10.2
TAPE DRUM ALIGNMENT
If adjustment is necessary to center the tape width on the
centerline of the taping head; adjust as follows:
-Loosen locking hext nut behind tape drum bracket on
tape drum shaft. Use a 25 mm open end wrench.
- Turn tape drum shaft in or out to center tape web (use
5 mm hex wrench)
- Tighten locking hex nut to secure the adjustment

TAPE DRUM FRICTION BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
Should tension adjustment be required, turn the self-lock-
ing but on the shaft to vary compression of the spring.
- Turn the nut clockwise to increase the braking force
- Turn the nut counterclockwise to decrease the braking
force.
Adjust brake to minimum tension to prevent excessive
tape roll over travel.
