10-SET UP AND ADJUSTMENTS -
-Decrease the pressure (for light card board cases) if the case
squaring cylinder resists too much, damaging the case when it
is pushed along the drive belts.
- Increase the pressure (for strong card board cases) if
the case squaring cylinder drops the case before
pushing the case through the drive belts.
OPERATION IN MANUAL CYCLE
- Move the MAN/AUTO CYCLE selector to the MAN
position;
- Press the reset button
- Press the VACUUM PUMP button;
- Press the START button;
- The machine will carry out a complete cycle and
erect a case;
- Make sure that the case is properly erected and
taped. Make any necessary adjustments to the
above mentioned settings in Section 10.

CYLINDERS ADJUSTMENT
To change the speed of the cylinders (for light card
board cases, decrease the speed; for heavy card
board cases, increase the speed), open the door of
the pneumatic control panel, and do the following:

REGULACION
Disminuya la presión (para cartones ligeros)
cuando la leva de sujeción de la caja oponga
demasiada resistencia al ser empujada entre las
bandas de arrastre y pueda dañar la caja.
Aumente la presión (para cartones pesados)
cuando la leva de sujeción no llegue a empujar
la caja hacia el carro de empuje, causando la
caída de la misma y la parada de la máquina.
TRABAJO EN CICLO MANUAL
- Lleve el selector CICLO MAN/AUTO a la
posición MANUAL
- Pulse el mando BOMBA VACÍO
- Pulse el mando PUESTA EN MARCHA
- La máquina efectuará un ciclo completo
en el que moldeará una caja.
- Compruebe que todas las operaciones
de moldeado y precintado de la caja se
desarrollen de la mejor forma posible y
que no sea necesario ninguna regulación
posterior.
REGULACIÓN DE LOS CILINDROS
El moldeador se entrega normalmente con la
velocidad de cada cilindro regulada de la mejor
manera posible.
Si fuera necesario modificar la velocidad de los
cilindros (para cartones ligeros reduzca la
velocidad; para cartones pesados, auméntela),
quite la puerta de la caja metálica situada bajo el
cuadro eléctrico y actúe de la siguiente manera::
