6. Laurastar™ 售后 服 务
如果Laurastar设备 被送到约定的服务中心，
进行不在 任 何 保修条款 范围内或超过保修期的维
修，则服务中 心 会将其视为"保修期外的
维修" ，并 会 产 生一定费用。
仅适用于 法 国 的特殊条 款：
除上述合 约 保 修条款外 ，法国客户亦享有法国
《民法典 》第1641 条及后续条款规定的有关隐性
缺陷的权 利 。
仅适用于 中 国 /台湾 的 特殊条款：
中国/台湾内故 障产品的维修、更换或退货需符
合以下全 部 条 件，方 可适用上述保修条款：
1.客户需 提 供 所 有必要的证明文件（如正式的
销售发票 、保 修 卡等） ，以证明相关产品是从
Laurastar直接或间 接授权的中国 ／台湾官方销售
渠道购买； 以及
2.相关产 品 上 需 贴有Laurastar 强制认证标签，
以证明其 在 中 国/台 湾的销售和使用。
仅适用于 韩 国 的特殊条 款：
韩国境内 故 障 产品的维 修、更换或退货需符合以
下全部条 件 ，方 可适用上述保修条款：
1.客户需 提 供 所 有必要的证明文件（如正式的
销售发票 、保 修 卡等） ，以证明相关产品是从
Laurastar直接或间 接授权的韩国官方销售渠道购
买； 以及
2.相关产 品 上 需 贴有韩国专用的强制认证标签。
3.自2017年6月起，国 际保证条款不再适用于
韩国。
