The CD player has a built-inmemory function thatallowsplay of up
to 30 tracks over three discs in any order.
1 Press the PRGM button in stop mode.
The PRGMindicator f lashes inthe display.
2 Press one of the DISC DIRECT PLAY buttons to
select a disc.

The selected disc is indicated in red in the display.
Go to the next step when the tray stops rotating.
Press the numeric
buttons
and the +10 button to
program
a track.
Example:
® To select the 6th track, pressthe 6 button.
® To select the 16th track, press the +10 button and then
press the 6 button within 4 seconds.
@ To select the 20th track, press the +10 buttontwice and
then press the 0 button within 4 seconds.

When each track selected,_he display (_) is shown. In a few
seconds,the displaychanges to ®.

Repeat
steps 2 to 3 to program
other tracks.
Press the <11_button to start play.
To check the program
Each time the 4_1 DOWN or P,P. UP button is pressed before
playing,a disc number,a,tracknumber,and a programnumberwill
be displayed.
To clear the program
Press the • CLEAR buttonbefore playing or press the ----. O PEN/
CLOSE button.
To add tracks to the program
Before playing, carry out steps 2 and 3. The track will be pro-
grammed after the last track.
To change the programmed tracks
Cleartheprogram and carryoutallthe stepsagain.
• The DISC CHANGE button does notoperate duringprogrammed
play.
• During programmed play, the remainingtime is not displayed
when the CD EDIT/REMAIN button is pressed.
• Random play cannot be combinedwith programmed play.
